Our faculty and staff at Learn & Grow Academy are dedicated to providing all students with quality childcare and exceptional education. The academy is led by two head teachers, Nina Viganola-Galati and Patty DeLemos.

Nina is a state-certified teacher who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and state certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and English as a Second Language (ESL).

Patty is a state-certified teacher and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Education, as well as state certifications in Elementary Education, Bilingual Education, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Supervision.

With many years of teaching experience, Nina and Patty will ensure Learn & Grow Academy students are well-prepared for grade school. Together with a dedicated staff of experienced teacher’s assistants, many of whom have been with the academy for many years, students will be cared for and educated in a safe and nurturing environment unique to Learn & Grow.

All faculty and staff are certified in CPR and First Aid and have undergone Police and Child Abuse Background checks.
